Neverside

Community Overview

Neverside is a community gathering of designers, developers and musicians. It also has many forms in which members can use to communicate with one another, share in discussions and have a playdate.. or something like that. We want everyone who visits our site to have an enjoyable experience, and we also want those who use our site, and participate here to have as much freedom to express themselves.

Now.. such a utopia is not possible, as no one is as giving & kind as we are. Therefore, welcome to the PolicyZone! Where you can bore yourself to death reading our policies. We actually recommend doing so, however, if you don't.. means no difference to us. Your membership binds you to abide by our rules & policies. Doesn't matter if you're underage, being a member here is a privilege, and we will enforce our policies to the max to ensure the atmosphere here remains as it should!

Neverside, in short, is an international community that caters to all ages, sexes, races, backgrounds, religions, and political ideals. Therefore, we respect & encourage open-minded understanding when such subjects come into the matter.. there are 2 keys that are important to Neverside's overall member conduct.

a.) All members are expected to share the same respect for other ages, sexes, races, backgrounds, religions, and political ideals. You do not have to agree, as they don't have to agree. With that said, these should not be grounds to start fighting, ever.

b.) The community caters internationally, meaning that we do not have rules on speech, opinions, etc. that apply to any country. We define our own freedoms, which you agree to with your membership.

We are very flexible on our freedoms, and we offer many options for the user to define in what they want to see, and what they don't want to see. Therefore, it will be the member's choice ultimately, in what freedoms they wish to partake in, and what ones they wish to restrict themselves from.

Right To Change

Communities grow, and so do our demographics. The administration of Neverside reserve the right to change any policies that we have at any given time without prior notification. While that's just technical mumbo jumbo for "Haha.. we changed our mind", we do our best to inform our members of new policy updates that may concern them. It doesn't happen often, so when it does, it's a big deal and we think everyone should know about it.

With that said, it is also the member's right to protest a change in policy. We try to be as hip and as cool as the next guys, but even some new things escape us. We allow our memberbase to petition changes, as well as propose new methods for handling issues. We can only grow as a community, by working together as a community to improve ourselves. We have proper channels for doing this, mainly through the feedback site, which at present, is still being setup for the members.

In closing, we just want to thank you for your even remote interest in our community, whether you're a member or not, you're still an Internet Protocol in our books(Means IP), and we thank you for that. So read what we have to protect you, and what we have to abuse you. Haha.. just kidding, well.. maybe a little abusing. Come on.. it's kinky!
